Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY (English Translation)
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains how to return items, how the refund process works, and what you can expect during the process.
1. Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving the item (counted from the day you received it).
After 30 days, returns are normally not possible, unless the item has obvious manufacturing defects that we confirm.
2. Conditions for Return
The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
The return must include proof of order (order number / receipt) or a clearly stated order ID in the return request.
Personalized or custom items (e.g., with a name or special customization) are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects or damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Clearly marked items “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable” (except in the case of defects).
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (if applicable, this will be stated in the item description).
4. Exchanges Are Not Available
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and then place a new order on our website.
This process ensures accurate inventory and order management.
5. Return Process
Within 30 days of receiving the item, contact us via email at Kontakt@mojdres.si. Include in the email: order number, buyer name, reason for return, and photos of the item (photos are mandatory if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Our support team will send you return instructions and authorization within 1–3 business days (including required information and next steps). The return address will not be published in this policy — you will receive it after return approval.
Securely pack and ship the item back. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.
6. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a damaged item, incorrectly sent order, or other error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs (contact us first for instructions and the cost reimbursement process).
If the reason is personal (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the buyer covers return costs, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Receipt and Inspection of Item
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition. Inspection takes 1–5 business days (depending on workload).
If the item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., used, missing tags, damaged packaging), we will notify you and reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.
8. Refund Process
We will process the refund within 5–7 business days after inspecting the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, bank account). The bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the funds.
If you still do not receive the funds after refund confirmation, first check your account statement, then contact us at Kontakt@mojdres.si.
9. Partial Refunds
In certain cases (e.g., minor damage, missing parts, signs of use), we may approve a partial refund. The amount and reason will be clearly stated.
10. Lost or Undelivered Packages
We recommend using tracked and insured shipping if needed. If you use untracked shipping and the package is lost, we cannot accept responsibility.
In the event of loss, provide us with tracking details and proof of postage so we can assist with resolving the case.
11. Incorrectly Sent or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us immediately at Kontakt@mojdres.si with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
Upon confirmation, we will cover return costs and refund you or (if in stock) send a replacement.
Do not remove or dispose of faulty items, as they will be needed as evidence for the complaint.
12. Reordering
If you want a different size or color, place a new order on our website after receiving your refund. We cannot reserve inventory in advance.
